Building surveys
We are able to organise thorough in-depth building surveys which are then followed up with a very detailed report which includes pictures and recommendations of what work the property will require in light of the survey, if any.
Finance/Mortgages
We are able to help you sort out any finance that you may require to help you fund your property. Our advisors offer confidential and impartial advice to help you find the best option possible and as they have access to a wide range of mortgages across the market, which include some deals that are exclusive and not available on the high street, they come fully recommended by us. Insurance
We can put you in contact with a very credible insurance broker who will offer you Insurance advice without obligation on all property types which will help make sure you have the right cover for you at a reasonable price.
Professional (end of tenancy) cleaning
We can organise for your property to be professionally cleaned to the highest of standards at a very realistic price. This is always recommended for landlords to do prior to a letting, or once a tenancy has come to an end. One may just like to have a special clean of your home every now and again and we can personally say they do a ‘spiffing’ job.
EPCs
We are happy to arrange for you to get an EPC for your property. EPC’s last for 10 years and are a requirement for a residential property to be let or sold.
Interior Design
We are able to recommend a wonderful interior designer, who is very experienced and able to help you source and partly or fully furnish any home. They also specialise in ‘staging’ properties prior to viewings, to ensure the property is shown in the most aesthetically pleasing way.
